Gregory L. Calabria, P.E., President and CEO

Mr. Calabria attended Carnegie Mellon University and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1980. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Mr. Calabria began his career with the firm in 1978 and became a Principal 1986. He was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Dodson Engineering in 1995, and was elevated to President in 2001.

Mr. Calabria is a member of ASHRAE, both at the national and local levels, and has served as a Governor of the local chapter. He is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Calabria was appointed as the Mechanical Engineer on the City of Pittsburgh Board of Standards and Appeals.

 

Jeffrey A. Carney, P.E., Vice President

Mr. Carney received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1993. A Principal of Dodson Engineering, Mr. Carney began his career with the firm in 1981 and was named Vice President in 2001. Mr. Carney obtained the title of Engineer in Training (EIT) in April of 1994 and received registration as a Professional Engineer in 1995.

Mr. Carney is active in all aspects of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Protection design and documentation, including specification preparation and job site observation.

Mr. Carney is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of ASHRAE.
