This project consisted of the renovation of approximately 3,300 sq. ft. of laboratory research space for the Chemical Engineering Department. The original building mechanical systems were supplemented with new systems as required to accommodate the new arrangement. This project included nine (9) chemical fume hoods, dedicated exhaust systems for silane and ammonia, and piping systems for various other gases. A HEPA filtered positive pressure tissue culture room was also included.
